Free legal services for aiding in appealing military discharge status
Provides pro bono (free) discharge upgrade services for appeals hearings with the DRB in most cases and the BCMR for Veterans with Bad Paper (those receiving other than honorable discharges with diagnosis of PTSD or TBI, or history of MST). Operated through a network of volunteer lawyers who are certified by the American Bar Association.
