This organization is pretty great, not just for their events but for the information they work hard to gather and share with the rest of the community. I know a lot of folks may not care as much about that, but I think their survey results are really interesting and honest. If there are partners out there looking to do things like legislation, I'd hit these folks up! They also provide a lot for the families of active duty and vets, though since I don't have kids I didn't really know if it was super relevant to me. They work really hard to be inclusive, though, especially with their partnerships like with museums and everything that gives free access without having to go with a big group. I wouldn't mind more comprehensive event lists and stuff, though. I feel like I get the national emails more than local. But once you get there, it's pretty cool.
