Mission

Peer mentorship for recently separated Veterans to assist in all aspects of transition. Anyone can be a mentor.

Description

Helps Veterans and transitioning Servicemembers successfully navigate the civilian sector through individual peer mentors. The mentors are trained to assist in the five domains to empower the individual to find a path in health care, education, employment, community, and housing. Veterans of all service eras can become mentors, as can civilians. Those receiving mentorship are prioritized to recently transitioned Veterans.
