Free legal assistance to Veterans looking for a discharge upgrade or disability rating appeal
Provides pro bono (free) legal assistance through a network of legal resources and advocates for those needing assistance with 1) discharge upgrade appeal for those with an MST, PTSD, or TBI-related Other Than Honorable status or 2) appeals to the Department of Veterans Affairs for disability ratings re-evaluations. Trains volunteer, American Bar Association-certified attorneys to work alongside a mentor and the Veteran to evaluate and build cases.
