Details - UPDATE: IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD FROM UWVC AND VOLUNTEERED FOR THE PARADE, PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE REGISTRATION TENT AT 25TH AND BROADWAY BETWEEN 7AM AND 7:30AM ON SUNDAY 11 NOVEMBER FOR YOUR ASSIGNMENT. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU, AND THANK YOU! ***** Volunteer for the day to help behind-the-scenes in one of the largest Veterans Day parades in the country, on the 100th anniversary of the end of WWI! UWVC needs volunteers for everything from setting up the opening ceremony to getting 25,000 Veterans and floats onto 5th Avenue. It's a great and rewarding day, and an after party to thank you for your hard work! Note: Some positions do allow for volunteers to also march in the parade. It's easy to sign up: click or tap the REGISTER button, submit your name and email, and then tell us how you'd like to help.
